Biography

Dr. Francis Paul Jagolino is a Physiology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology Professor in various medical schools in Manila and has been in the academe for 6 years. He completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at Emilio Aguinaldo College – School of Medicine and Master in Management, Major in Health Administration at Philippine Christian University. He is currently the Head of the Department of Physiology at the Lyceum of the Philippines University – St. Cabrini School of Health Sciences. Dr. Jagolino is also a Fellow of the Physiology Society of the Philippines and former President of the Philippine Society of General Physicians. Aside from teaching, Dr. Jagolino is an active General Practitioner who has been assigned to hospitals at the furthest provinces of the Philippines. It was during this time when he gained a keen interest in observing many cases of antibiotic resistance due to rampant and unsupervised use of common antibiotics by the public. He made it a point to launch Public Health Campaigns to educate patients and the populations in those provinces on the dangers posed by antibiotic resistance. Dr. Jagolino is set to publish a research on this topic within the next few years. Dr. Jagolino is also a sought after international seminar speaker having spoken on topics relating to Healthcare, Psychology, Pharmacology, Herbal Medicines and Supplementation and Skin Care as well as topics on Corporate Leadership and Management in Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Oman and Qatar. He has also been a guest in some Local Television Talk Shows to share his healthcare knowledge to the general public.
